Services Unlimited of Raleigh, Inc., was founded in October 2008 by Clint Jones.
Clint brings a lifetime of experience—having grown up in heating and air conditioning while working with his dad. He learned by watching, assisting, and eventually performing the different jobs of heating and air conditioning. Clint attended Wake Tech Community College after graduating from high school in 1987. At Wake Tech, Clint completed the diploma course in heating and air conditioning, which expanded and fine-tuned his knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems. He attained his H-3 Class One Heating License in 1989 and has since acquired his H-2 Commercial Heating and Cooling License.
With founding Services Unlimited of Raleigh, Inc., Clint and his knowledgeable staff look forward to sharing their experience and expertise in serving the Triangle and central North Carolina in its needs in home comfort.

If, when we have finished in your home, we have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we won’t consider the job done until you are satisfied with the results.
Performance Guarantee
Services Unlimited Heating and Air, Inc., guarantees that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have promised a maintained temperature variance of no more than 3 degrees from your temperature selection to the actual temperature at your thermostat when you are heating or cooling your home under normal operating conditions.
If the installation temperatures are not achieved, we will make any necessary modifications, repairs, or replacements at no charge to you for a period of five years. This guarantee is meant to guarantee the equipment we install is sized accurately for your home at the time of installation. It does not cover situations where your home does not maintain proper temperature caused by a component or part failure.
No Lemon Guarantee
When you invest in a new central heating or cooling system from Services Unlimited Heating and Air, Inc., operate the system in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, and have us maintain the system annually, our "No Lemon" Guarantee provides you with the ultimate peace of mind protection. In the event your furnace’s heat exchanger cracks or your boiler sections spring a leak during the first year of ownership, rather than make repairs or replace only the broken parts, we will replace your entire furnace or boiler with a new one within 48 hours of our diagnosis at absolutely no cost to you.
