“Rico was excellent at the work that he did. He was very thorough in the work and prep work. Easy to talk to about the service and the problems found.
Although Rico was very good at what he does, I was out of heat for over 1 week due to Services Unlimited inability to schedule and or communicate times. Granted my schedule caused some of this, but when a person is told that someone will call right back, I take that as calling back within a short term of time and not 4 to 6 hrs later to where I have to call back and see what the status is. I would expect better customer service.”
